1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Strike ("the Bot") to your Discord server, accessing its dashboard, or otherwise using any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Bot and remove it from your server.
2. Description of Service
Strike is a Discord moderation bot designed to assist server administrators and moderators through automated tools and configurable systems, including but not limited to:
- Message filtering and deletion (WIP)
- User warnings and mutes
- Ban management
- Anti-spam features
- Custom moderation configurations
- Ticketing

- "Bot" refers to Strike and all associated features.
- "Service" refers to the Bot, dashboard, and related systems.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity interacting with Strike.
- "Server Owner / Administrator" refers to individuals responsible for server management.
4. Eligibility
You may use Strike only if:
- You comply with Discord’s Terms of Service
- You possess the authority to add bots to the server
- Your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction
5. Proper Use
You agree to use Strike solely for legitimate moderation and server management purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination facilitated through the Bot
- Attempts to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
- Use in violation of Discord’s Terms or applicable laws
- Any malicious or deceptive activity
6. Data Collection and Privacy
Strike may collect and process limited operational data necessary for functionality, including:
- Server identifiers and configuration settings
- User identifiers related to moderation events
- Action timestamps and system logs
- Message content triggering automated moderation
Such data is used exclusively for providing and improving Strike’s features and is not sold or shared with third parties except where legally required.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for how Strike is configured and used
- You must ensure appropriate permissions are granted
- You accept the outcomes of automated moderation actions
8. Service Availability
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability, Strike is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. The Service may be subject to downtime, maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Strike at our discretion, particularly in cases involving:
- Violations of these Terms
- Abusive or malicious behavior
- Threats to system stability or security
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
Strike is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or inability to use Strike.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
Strike, including its code, branding, design, and associated materials, remains the exclusive property of its developers. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Strike following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
