Everything you might want to know before adding Strike to your server.

What permissions does Strike need?

Strike is a multipurpose Discord bot - usually it only needs all main manage server permissions, but for certain modules like backup, it'll require Administrator. It's best to authorize the bot with all permissions to avoid issues.

How do I set up Strike?

Click "Add to Discord" and authorize Strike with the requested permissions. You can configure modules using the commands accessible via /help or use the onboarding feature in the dashboard.

Is the "Pro Plus" dedicated CPU and RAM really private?

Yes. Unlike general shared hosting, Pro Plus users will be allocated to specific CPU cores and RAM segments within our cluster. However, we have not released the Pro or Pro Plus plans yet as the bot is still heavily in developement.

How is Strike different from other bots?

Strike is focused on two things: simplicity and functionality. We build exactly the tools required to run a server and build them well: faster responses, cleaner components by using Discord's new Components V2, and better prefix & automod capabilities.

Is my server data stored securely?

We only store what's necessary: punishment, appeals, server config settings, and user IDs. Message content is never stored, only processed. You can request full deletion by contacting support.

Can I cancel my paid plan?

Yes, of course! No questions asked. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the Free plan.
